The mud lubricated bearing assembly comes in a variety of sizes, 2 7/8, 3 1/8, 5, 7, 8, 9 5/8 and 11 1/2. Built with large mandrel diameters, high capacity diamond thrust and tungsten-carbide radial bearings provide longer service life and lower R&M cost. The short bit to bend produces higher build rates allowing more rotation while reducing slide intervals improving ROP in all directional applications. It also reduces the trip time by allowing the customer a one motor curve and lateral system.

Cavare’s Easy Drill™ “S” is a work horse. The oil bath keeps the bearings lubricated and running at top efficiency throughout the run. The incorporated dip stick feature allows confidence that the tools is able to be re-run. Available in 3 3/4, 4 3/4, 5, 6 1/2, 6 3/4, 8 and 9 5/8.
